Are dogs allowed?

Yes, dogs are allowed at all of our events but sometimes they will be required to be on a lead.

What refreshments are available?

We provide caterers at nearly all of our events. These usually include burger vans, ice cream, pizza and Asian cuisine.

Can I bring my own food?

Customers can bring their own food to all of our events but we also offer catering.

Is alcohol allowed?

At most of our events we do not allow alcohol to be brought in. At Open Air Cinema, Music Day, the Pantaloons, Global Rhythm and the Indian Mela the amount of alcohol permitted is at the security’s discretion and should be limited to amounts of individual consumption. Security reserve the right to operate a random search policy and we ask that patrons kindly co-operate with such a request, failure to do so may result in refusal of admission.

What about glass bottles?

We have a strict no glass policy at all of our events.

What parking is available?

At the Open Air Cinema, Music Day, Global Rhythm, the Indian Mela and Wheels we provide on-site parking at a small charge. More information can be found on each event’s page.

For our Maritime event there are pay and display car parks within walking distance.

At our Family Fun Day events in Holywells Park we provide free parking at Cliff Lane Primary School on a first come first served basis.

Ipswich Borough Council also offer a number of car parks throughout the town centre. For more information click here.

Any group booking discounts?

Only Open Air Cinema and the Pantaloons offer a group booking discount. Most of our events are free to attend.

Will there be any road closures?

Some of our events do involve closing roads. We notify all local residents and businesses and more information along with diversion routes can be found on each event’s page.

Is there blue badge parking and general disabled access?

We provide blue badge parking at no charge at the Open Air Cinema, Music Day, Global Rhythm, the Indian Mela and Wheels.

For our Maritime event there are pay and display car parks within walking distance.
