CHRISTCHURCH PARK FIREWORKS

The annual fireworks display in Christchurch Park is back this October with a spooktacular twist.

Experience a mesmerizing fireworks display that comes with live entertainment, locally sourced street food stalls, a bar, a fairground and a children’s funfair.

Don’t miss out on the bonfire, LED light performances and Halloween street entertainments alongside a host of other attractions that await you during an evening filled with excitement and entertainment at the biggest and most renowned fireworks event in Ipswich.

Live music stages will host local talent from across the region with a mix of genres to suit all tastes. J.S. & the Lockerbilies will headline the main stage with their high-energy blend of rock ’n’roll and roots music. Lianne Kaye will also take to the stage with her band, performing her powerful and captivating songs. Ipswich singer-songwriter Savannah Howard joins the line-up, bringing her love of R&B. Also making their Christchurch Park Fireworks debut are AYO and DJ Rizz, both fresh from Latitude Festival.

Ticket prices are £12.99 per adult and £8.99 per child. Children under 5 years old go free!

The annual event, founded in 1972 by the 11th Ipswich Scout Group is run entirely by volunteers, with all profits ploughed back in to the Ipswich community.

Gates open at 6:00pm with fireworks at 8:00pm and family fun through to 10:00pm
