How do I get to the concerts?

Drop Off / Pick Up / Arrival
Chantry Park is located between London Road (A1214) and Hadleigh Road. The postcode to follow is IP2 0BP. There are two entrances to the park, one from London Road and one from Hadleigh Road. There is a drop off / pick up point located at Sainsbury’s, Hadleigh Road, IP2 0BX. This is also where taxis and private hire vehicles will be directed to.

Which entrance do I need to use?
There are three entrances to the park you can use, one on London Road and two on Hadleigh Road.
To speed up entry there will be designated queuing lanes for each ticket provider so make sure you note who you bought your ticket through. There will be designated lanes at both entrances. View a map of the entrances here.
When you get to either entrance make sure you get into the right lane. You can find out which lane you need here.
Stewards will be on hand to help you when you arrive. Look out for them in their coloured high visibility jackets.
Is the park open as usual?
Yes, the park will be open to non-concert goers. Please note some areas including play areas will be closed off at 4pm.
Security at the event
To ensure crowd safety throughout the event, there will be professional SIA security staff at the concert. The security team reserve the right to search anyone and any bags when entering the concert arena, spot checks may also be carried out during the event.
We have found in the past that getting phone signal can be difficult due to the amount of people on site at one time. In the case of an emergency please speak to the nearest steward.
What items are not permitted into the arena?
Umbrellas, food, drink including alcohol, chairs, selfie sticks, flares, fireworks and tents are not allowed to be brought into the arena. There will be plenty of food and drink concessions on site including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. Alcohol will be available for purchase at the concert, but our policy means anyone that looks under the age of 25 will be asked to show some form of identification.
Are cameras allowed?
Professional cameras (deemed as cameras with removable lenses), video and recording equipment are strictly forbidden. Personal use cameras and smart-phone cameras are fine.
Is there a bag size limit?
Please avoid bringing any bags larger than A4 size. All bags will be thoroughly searched on entry and larger bags will cause queues.
What should I wear?
Please ensure you wear suitable clothing for the forecasted weather. Please be aware the ground may be boggy and slippery if we have rain. Unfortunately, umbrellas are not permitted in the arena.
What time do gates open?
The gates will be open from 4pm.
What time is Ed on?
Ed Sheeran will be on stage from approximately 8:15pm until 10:15pm
What time does the concert finish?
The concert finishes at 10:15pm.
There will be First Aiders and First Aid points located throughout the arena. Please also speak to the nearest steward who will be able to assist you.
Is there an age limit?
No children under 5. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Are dogs allowed?
Only guide and assistance dogs will be permitted in the arena.
Are there ATM’s on site?
Yes there will be ATMs on site.
Is merchandise available to purchase?
Yes, there will be official tour merchandise stands within the arena.
Is smoking permitted?
Yes, smoking is permitted within the arena but please be respectful of other concert attendees.
Park & Ride from Trinity Park

What does the ticket look like?
This will be a wristband that will be issued on entry to the bus at Trinity Park, this must be shown to re-enter the bus for the return journey.
How do people at the site know we have paid?
There will be a digital record of all those who have paid and a booking confirmation sent to your phone will need to be shown to reference this against.
Why didn't they take my reg number?
Confirmation of your booking will confirm payment and the number of people in the vehicle will be counted, which vehicle you arrive in is not relevant to the booking.
They don't know how many cars I am bringing - does that matter?
No as the price of the Park and Ride is per person not per vehicle.
What time can I get there?
The site will open from 2pm and the first buses will begin the route based on demand.
What time will it close?
The site will be managed until the last vehicles are removed.
