As well as putting on our own events, we are able to offer equipment hire, event team hire and venue hire to help bring your own events to life!

Equipment Hire

As an event team that delivers some of the county’s largest events you can imagine how much equipment our storage facility holds! As long as our equipment isn’t in use, it is available to hire for commercial purposes.

Equipment available for hire:

• Gazebos (3m x 3m)
• Gazebo accessories (sides and gutters)
• Weights
• Tables
• Pedestrian barrier

Event Team Hire

Outdoor Venue and Park Hire

Make a lasting impression and use one of our picturesque outdoor spaces to attract participants to your event. All of our venues are conveniently located near transport links in and around the town centre and across wider Ipswich.

How to hire:

To hire one of our parks or open spaces you will need to complete our online form. Please note there is an administration application fee payable upon receipt of your event application form. This is £20 for charity and not for profit organisations and £40 for commercial events. The park hire fee will vary depending on the size of your event.

If you’re looking to include a firework display as part of your event then you will need to submit a fireworks notification form instead of the parks and open spaces hire form.
