Information for Stallholders

Ipswich Borough Council welcome applications from businesses, charities or traders, big or small, to sell your quality products or promote your services at our events. This enables you to engage directly with the public and share what you have to offer with a large, local audience.

Applications for our 2023 events

If you think your stall will make a great addition to our marketplace then we would love to hear from you. Please fill in the relevant stallholder application form and send it to events@ipswich.gov.uk. Once received with relevant compliance, we will confirm your attendance.

Please note to be a stall holder you need the following compliance:

• Personal Liability Insurance (value up to 5 million)
• Risk Assessment of Activity
